I’m lounging again
In the darkness of your nonchalance
I was hoping
You’d show a little more interest
But I was rather playing with the memory
Of your false tenderness

I didn’t know, how close I came
To your vain heart, I’ve fallen
Other lips could’ve lied and I wouldn’t have cared
But catching every single word from your lips
I now know for sure that I’ve been inebriated
While time remains to be a tentative antidote, I must obtain

Time and again you’d lie
As though I’m a child
You can buy through the sweetness of your lies
And you did… on your deceitful tongue I’ve been ensnared
One of these days, you’ll get your own dose of this venom
You’ll see what I mean when somebody else bleeds your heart to death
